Beet-Ginger Smoothie Bowl
1 beet(s)Beets, raw (peeled, roughly chopped)
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Honey (optional)
1/4 cup diced Pineapple (or frozen)
1/4 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds (for topping)
1/4 cup Raspberries (for topping)
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl together in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, pomegranate seeds, honey, and chia seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
