Fresh Fruit Porridge

Fresh Fruit Porridge

Ingredients (serves 1)

50g of oats
250ml of milk or water
Handful of strawberries, quartered
Handful of blueberries
2 walnuts crushed


Make the porridge by combining the oats and water or milk into a pan.

Bring to the boil slowly simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally

Pour the porridge into a bowl, add the fruit on top and sprinkle with the crushed walnuts.
