Ingredients (serves 1)
1 bunch or bag of kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4. Line tray with baking paper.
Carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and dry the kale. Drizzle the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the oven for 10-15min until the kale turns brown and crispy but not burnt
