Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients (serves 6)
4 sweet potatoes
¼ tsp ground cumin
75ml vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4. Scrub and peel the potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes into chunky chips and cover with cumin, salt, pepper and oil in a large mixing bowl ensuring all the chips are coated in the oil and seasoning.
Spread the chips nice and flat on a baking tray.
Cook the chips for 30-40mins, giving the chips a shake every 10-15mins to ensure the chips are evenly cooked.
Remove chips from the oven once they are fully cooked and serve hot.
