Tandoori Chicken

TANDOORI CHICKEN (Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS

3 CHICKEN BREASTS
1 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
1 TSP EACH OF GINGER PASTE, GARLIC PASTE AND GARAM MASALA
0.5TSP HOT CHILLI POWDER, GROUND CORIANDER AND SALT (SALT OPTIONAL)
JUICE OF 0.5 LEMON
100G NATURAL YOGHURT

METHOD

Put everything except chicken and yoghurt in a bowl and mix

Chop chicken into big pieces and add to bowl and coat with the mix

Add yoghurt and mix well

Cover and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temp or 2 hours in fridge

Grill or oven cook on a high heat for 15 mins or until charred.
