Best thing I’ve done
Lockdown had me even more addicted to sugar than I normally would be relying on full-fat Irn Bru and bread to get me through the long days. The comedown from cutting out the sugar was tough but worth it.
Christy quite simply showed me a knew way to think about food and how to read labels which I’ve never really done before.
The results speak for themselves, not only in the weight loss but in the mindset and my relationship with food.
I sleep better too and I feel much more confident in my food choices.
Christy has helped me find balance and I can’t thank her enough for it. She’s the best. ❤️
