I have loved doing this challenge

I have loved doing this challenge over the last 30 days and focusing on what I am eating. I kind of knew my big downfall was skipping meals and too much sugar. But it has been sooo hard for me to stay on track longer than a few days at a time, particularly when I went back to work in the middle of the challenge. But I am determined, my focus for the next few months is to plan and make sure I eat 3 nutrient-packed meals a day. I think with that focus, cutting out sugar will come easier. I have been eating badly for a long time, so will probably take me a while to get back on track and change my lifestyle. Thanks for your guidance over the last few weeks and thank you to everyone for sharing all your meals and tips, its been very inspiring! X
