I have so much more energy

The biggest change for me has been the move away from convenience foods and snacks to healthy ‘real’ foods and snacks and cutting down on fizzy drinks to drink more water. I have so much more energy and have enjoyed learning to exercise. I’m definitely going to continue, 5 weeks to my big birthday and I’d like to continue averaging a 1lb loss a week, slow but sure for the long term lifestyle change.
