I will definitely recommend to others

Thank you so much to you and Colin for all your help during the body blitz. All your advice really made me think about my eating habits. What I eat, when I eat, how much I eat. Colin’s homework outs are absolutely brilliant. Simple to follow and very effective. In terms of results, I’ve lost 10lbs (I didn’t take measurements but clothes feel great on again) doing the 4-week body blitz. I intend to keep going and continue with the home workouts which are fab when I have a 2-year-old and 5 year old. I’m determined the changes I’ve made over the last 4 weeks are going to be long term. I had slipped into too many bad habits. One of the worst was snacking in the kitchen on rubbish (ironically while cooking and preparing my boys the healthiest of foods/ meals), and eating late at night when my hubby got home. I’ve started to eat the same as the boys and with them at tea time. Thanks so much to both of you again. I will definitely recommend to others.
