I’ve enjoyed thinking about healthier snack options

I feel much stronger and I think I’ve been sleeping better. I’ve lost enough weight to feel a difference which is motivating me to keep going:-) I’ve enjoyed thinking about healthier snack options. Still enjoying too much wine but balancing intake with exercise really helps. I’m hoping to put together some exercise routines made up from the ones we have been doing and ensure I do them 3/4 times a week. Thanks for getting me to this stage – it’s been really helpful.
