I’ve lost a total of 12 inches including 3 1/2 inches from my waist!
Over the 4 weeks, I’ve only lost 4lb in weight but I’ve lost a total of 12 inches including 3 1/2 inches from my waist! Really enjoyed the workouts and found they fitted in well to my busy life. Definitely feeling stronger and fitter and that my diet is more balanced now and that this eating plan is sustainable long-term rather than being a crash diet. Thanks to Christy Hyslop and Colin Cox. Pleased to say this week I’m still meal planning and prepping and continuing with Colin’s home workouts.
