In the past I always struggled to remain at my racing weight
As a competitive cyclist of 12 years, I wanted to make 2017 my most successful racing season to date. I had signed up to a training plan with Dig deep Coaching and I knew I needed to address my nutrition for energy levels, recovery and weight maintenance. In the past I always struggled to remain at my racing weight due to the nature of the short distance time trials I compete in. I signed up to the Sports Nutrition package. Christy created a meal plan and gave me initial advice, her support throughout the 8 week plan was brilliant and it kept me focused. Her advice on pre and post race nutrition made a huge difference to my energy levels and recovery time between races. I managed to achieve the personal best targets that I had set at the beginning of the season and I wouldn’t have been able to without Christy’s advice and support.
